He is a retired US Army Colonel and a proven leader in the National Intelligence Community with extensive experience and subject matter expertise in Cyberspace and Intelligence Operations Planning, Joint Military and Special Operations Intelligence, Information Operations, Signals Intelligence, National Systems, Measurement and Signature Intelligence, and All-source Intelligence. He has a decades-long reputation of considerable success in the contracting industry and as a key player in winning almost $2B in Defense Cyberspace contracts since 2016. Additionally, he has been a member of the Screen Actors Guild-American Federation of Television and Radio Artists (SAG-AFTRA) since 2016 in pursuit of his other passion of becoming an actor, a voice over artist, and military advisor in the entertainment industry. This has led him to recurring roles as senior military officers on the Netflix show House of Cards, Showtime’s Homeland, the AMC Network show TURN: Washington’s Spies, as well as other major productions. Dick is also a professionally trained all-around voice over actor who has several training film narrations for both government and industry on his talent resume. His education includes a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering from Johns Hopkins University and a Master of Science in Cybersecurity Policy from the University of Maryland.
